The moment I said I went to Switzerland, you all must have known this post was coming! While in Interlaken I stumbled upon Läderach, a shop selling stacks of chocolate barks. I couldn't resist helping myself to four: white chocolate with raspberry and blackberry bits, dark chocolate with caramelized hazelnuts, dark chocolate with blackberry bits, and dark chocolate topped with a florentine bar. Absolutely scrumptious!
